Vintage Sheet Swap & Ideas

Sign ups for the vintage sheet swap ended yesterday, however if someone is dieing to get in on it I will still let them as long as I get the FQ's by the 30th! I have received three packages all ready, so many fun sheets. Can't wait to see what else comes in, I will take some pics once I get them all.

Here are some ideas of things you can make with vintage sheets:

Baby Quilt
Twin Quilt Tutorial
Just to show you a few.
What is your favorite project you have seen using vintage sheets?

I made a dress with my favorite vintage sheet. I had to line the entire thing because it was so thin but it came out really cute. I used a sheet because it was my first time trying the pattern and I didn't want to waste expensive fabric. But if it turned out nice I wanted to be able to wear it. You know?
I wrapped up my FQs for this swap today. I took a picture also if anyone wanted to see what I am sending.

I just found out about this but I would LOVE to join in if possible...I know it is past the deadline, but I bought the cutest vintage sheet today and would love to exchange for some other fun prints.

If it's not too late, I can mail my fat quarters tomorrow or the next day. Let me know!

Thanks!

Jacquie G's Monet's Watercolor Garden Quilt (zigzags of vintage sheets) is what I love the most:http://www.flickr.com/photos/22833158@N05/4046684626/in/set-72157623134802782/....I have nowhere near enough variety to make something like that....yet!
