Weight Loss Wed.

Sorry that I am so late getting this post up, it has been one of those days.


Another not so great week, I think the brownies and apple pie killed me. During the week I gained a pound that stuck around until yesterday. So I am still the same... ugggg. I also didnt walk two days. On Sunday we walked 4 miles and I managed to walk yesterday and today. Hopefully next week will be a big one. All the baked goodies are gone, so that should help!!

I know I am getting a good work out when I push the stroller. It weighs 26lbs, Scarlette 10lbs and Graham 34.... Total 70LBS up and down our hilly neighborhood. We were walking after dinner, but it is really hard to keep motivated and there is always baths, dishes etc to do. Now I am trying to walk before lunch, which the littles seem to like.

I was going to ask how you could lose anything with apple crisps and pies around!

Before lunch is a great idea! I like to get my exercise out of the way and done with when at all possible!
