Weight Loss Wed.

It's that time again...
Weight Loss WED.

Walked 3 times, would have done more... but it is raining! I know I could do yoga... just have not felt like it. It is stinkin' raining again today! UGG

For the most part ate really well, there were some brownies in there... which are my weakness.

I lost a half a pound.... not great but better than gaining. Hopefully next week will be better!

Anyone have any fun tips or tricks for weight loss?? Let me know, I would love to hear them!

Sorry for the super short(boring) posts..... life is a bit crazy right now with trying to move.

Please count me in for weight loss Wednesday......I am going to make next Wednesday my first day.

Just a little over 3 months to go before my 40th Birthday.....I could really use the inspiration that bloggers give each other :)
