I Broke the Rules... Estate Sale Finds

My family in CA is going to give me a hard time about this but I just could not help my self. The littles and I were running some errands this afternoon and shortly after leaving our house we see a HUGE sign for an Estate Sale. I haven't been junking in so long I just had to go. There was some fab vintage furniture which I completely ignored:)
Here is what I did get.

Graham found these items and everyone has played with the top. He is such a good junk hunter.vi
The really weird thing about finding the doggy is that last night I had a dream that I was at a estate sale and found the EXACT dog. How weird is that!
We have a couple of the vintage little people that fit in the bus, I would love to find more.
FAMILY: I will be getting rid of at least 3 plastic toys to make up for the new ones. SO THERE!

My other small goodies. The cool thing was everything was half off because it was after 12:00 noon. I have a mismash of vintage silverware and we never seem to have enough of the small spoons, so I grabbed this jar of silverware to fill in the gaps. Green basket will be used for holiday decor.

Love the little pink vase, it was 25cents. Vintage earrings will go with the others I have and maybe someday I will make something with them. Vintage faux pearl necklace will go into the shoppe. 1o$ + free shipping. Email me if you have to have it!

I love vintage pitchers, I all ready have this one. SO, I will be adding this to the shoppe also.
$6.50+shipping.
Email me if you have to have this cute little pitcher.

Darling pink vintage bed jacket.
You can see the detail better in the next photo.
Going in the shoppe:
$15.00- Free shipping
email me if you have to have it before it gets listed in the shoppe!

Better picture of the vintage faux pearls.

Next to the vintage toys this might be my FAVE item.
It is vintage curtains.
See next pic for close up.

I got it for 1$ and it is big enough to use for two short curtains or the backing of a throw quilt. The possibilities! Love the colors and the vintage scenes! SO cute. It needs a good soak, then it will get packed up with the other great stuff in my sewing room.

As you can see everything I got was smallish and easy to pack.

I will try to refrain from hitting any more sales before we move.

I would have bought every single thing that you did. LOL And all this stuff is small and totally easy to pack, right? I couldn't have held out either! We know that with vintage stuff, you have to buy it right then (especially at those prices!) or you might never see it again and then you regret it!

My parents have that bus! We all played with it as kids, and now the grandbabies love it. Oh, that bus is the best.

don't beat yourself up about going junking, sometimes a girl just has to go shopping or she might go crazy! lol! I love everything you got... especially the (I have no need for it) pink baby jacket, and those curtains are sooo cute! the toys are great and using them as an excuse to get rid of the yucky plastic toys is wonderful!
hugs,
Missy
