Another week gone by and what do I have to report? A half a pound loss. Not as much as I had hoped, but better than nothing right? I feel pretty good, because I can tell a difference in my tummy, it is looking a bit less jiggly and I lost a 1/2 an inch off my waist. Still have 15 pounds to lose, I can't wait for that number to change.
Did yoga twice, walked once, and did dance. Hope to do even more exercise this week.

Well done :-) I reckon I have about 12lb to shed to be at a much happier weight, but I am still not in the "right" place to be motivated to do it...
We are getting straight after moving, but are going on hols next week. Must MUST get back into WL Wed when we return!

It is amazing how blog hopping from one blog to another can take you to so many cool places.
I added my blog to your weight loss journey. Another place to make me accountable for what I say I'm going to do.
I only weigh in once a month but when you read my blog you'll undertand why. I've been reading all of the participates backwards, I think the next one will start at the beginning, might help make more sense.
