Weight Loss Wed.

Going into the weekend I was feeling good and had lost half a pound. after the weekend I was up a pound and now I am back to where I was last week.  I got one walk in, did my normal 2 yoga classes and m one dance class. No big plans for the weekend that involve eating and drinking so that should help this week.  All these social activities are killing me!  The exercise is helping though, things are feeling a tiny bit less jiggly!

Hi Rosie I'm back this week, got lost under a mound of chocolate last week :o)

Weather over here is very spring like and is inspiring me once again. Here's to better results for both of us next week. x

I'm off to see how everyone has done. That is after I go and bake a chocolate cake for a birthday party. Yeah, not fair...except I will have a little piece but just a sliver, I promise. :o)
