Weight Loss Wed.

At the rate I am now losing weight it will take me 6 months to lose the last 14.5 pounds.  This week I stayed the same ugg.  The weather has been horrid so no walking. I am trying to find a cheap or free elliptical,bike or tread mill so I can get serious.

I have been pretty good about the diet coke... only 2 all week.
I need to drink  MORE water... why is it so hard to remember to drink water? 
Yoga and dance are good, helping me maintain.

Staying the same is still good and I'm sure once we get January out the way things will speed up - everything seems sluggish at the moment!

We lucked out and got a nice FREE exercise bike (and a TV) when a foreclosed house near us was emptied out. It's an Air Dyne, not new, but good enough to get me exercising again. Hope you find something soon!
