Weight Loss Wednesdays

So, this week I have decided to NOT weigh myself!  Why? you ask... Because I don't like it, I don't feel like there has been a change either way again so I am going to wait until next week.  I know the problem is I need to exercise more and eat less goodies:(  Simple right? ... not so much!  It is hard to squeeze in exercise with four kids when you have a husband who has to travel for work all the time.  And I love my dessert, I try to curb it by drinking hot chocolate, which helps most of the time.  I did swim in my pool this week, and I tried to really kick a lot and use my arms to make it a work out, will be trying this more as the weather is nicer.. ugly out today:(

I find that the scale can become a really enemy. Sometimes it's better to focus on the success like getting out there and swimming or walking than what your weight is. I know it is very hard when your a mom and your time is not your own but keep up the effort your doing great.

You will make it! You are doing a good job by making time when you can. Maybe your body has just hit a little plateau but by keeping with it the weight will continue to come off.

I have been terrible this week too. Big time terrible. I've got to get back to working on my life style change, it's not to good for me if I don't so gotta.
Keep trying my dear, I know you can do it even with a full house and hubby gone. If nothing else try and walk around the house a couple times a day and chew some gun to replace the dessert. Just an idea.
